Posting and shipment of books will be direct from the printers to the quoted delivery addresses.

Masonic Halls or any other establishments as well as private addresses can be listed as the delivery address. This must be by local arrangement between the person placing the order and the establishment accepting delivery. This should be somewhere which you know will be able to accept daytime deliveries.

Delivery will be aimed at the 22nd or 23rd March 2007. The 22nd being the official launch date.

However, one should be aware that the book weighs approximately 4 lb (1.8 Kg), and 40 delivered to a tenth floor flat could be a small problem.

It is not possible to collect orders from the Printers.
